Where it all began

How are We?

Women for Women Rwanda has a 12-months signature program that provides economically and socially marginalized women in Rwanda with the skills and resources needed to transform their lives socio-economically.

Mission Statement

We envision a society where women and girls are socio-economically empowered to enable communities for sustainable development.

Vision Statement

We are a national organization that seeks to support women and girls in Rwanda to break the vicious circle of poverty and social exclusion by enabling them to become socially and economically capable to lead themselves and their community to better health, education and social conditions.

INTEGRITY

We are guided by strong ethical or moral principles of honesty, honour, and truthfulness in whatever we do even when no one is watching.

TEAMWORK

Delivering as one team makes challenges look easy if everyone is given the opportunity to play their role and promotes ownership and sustainability of our organizational programs.

We believe that respect is a two way and mutual for us to be respected we must respect others first. We respect diversity for everyone to bring their own unique abilities and differences for a common good

Every staff and board member of women for women Rwanda is the face of the organization and must represent it with dignity in our conduct and the we do business.

What we do is done to the best of our ability, we focus on quality and go an extra mile with impeccable attitude. We commit to deliver with excellence and professionalism in mind and ensure that the client’s needs are given priority and are always updated throughout implementation

How WFW-Rwanda has impacted vulnerable women in Rwanda

Over the last 23 years, we have expanded and adapted our programs to support more than 78,000 marginalised women through our flagship socio-economic empowerment program and microcredit support across the country.
