Assoumani SIBOMANA is presently the communications specialist at Women for Women Rwanda (WfW-Rwanda) since May 2022.
He worked in the communication sector for over 17 years and has extensive knowledge in social marketing/communication as well as program management.
Assoumani Holds a public health master’s in social marketing from the COLLEGE OF PUBLIC HEALTH, University of South Florida (USF), and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from ALEXANDRIA UNIVERSITY.
Before he joins WfW-Rwanda, Assoumani worked with various international development organizations such as NPA, Mott McDonald, SNV, Save the Children, GIZ, USAID, and PSI where he served as responsible for Marketing and communication with responsibilities of developing and launching products, social marketing programs designing and Implementation crosswise Malaria, Family Planning, WASH, Nutrition, HIV&AIDS, Reproductive Health, monitoring, and evaluation; besides he is familiar with Social-Public-Private Partnership Development.
Assoumani is well versed in working with government and community-based institutions in the areas of capacity strengthening, resource mobilization, program planning, implementation, and reporting as well as Organizing, Conducting, and managing campaigns, launching new brands, pitching existing ones by supply chain approach (Product creation, positioning, pricing, promotion) with proven skills as a leader, motivator, public sp
