Micho Assumpta is a highly motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented professional with 30 years of experience in women's economic empowerment development, serving women vulnerable in rural and urban settings at women for women International.
She is a pro-active, ambitious, and good team player who quickly understands the mission, vision, and values of the Women for Women Rwanda organization, she is currently employed and is ready and qualified for the next stage in my career while looking forward to enhancing a significant contribution to the growth of an ambitious organization, through hard work, teamwork, and organizational development as I serve vulnerable women and adolescents from various Districts in Rwanda.
Assumpta’s experience goes beyond as she archived training in team building, Micro Business Simulation, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, training of trainers, participatory methods of training delivery and adult learning, communication, Interpersonal skills, team building, implementation participation, presentation of information, time management, records management, project monitoring and evaluation, business administration, hotelier among others.
