Clément Kabiligi is an experienced procurement and logistics professional with over two decades of expertise in administrative management, supply chain optimization, and financial oversight. He is currently serving as the Procurement and Logistics Officer at Women for Women Rwanda, where he oversees procurement planning, contract management, asset management, and logistical support.

Clément holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Azteca University, Mexico, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance) from the Adventist University of Central Africa. His career has spanned roles with renowned organizations such as CARE International, Plan International, and World Relief International, where he demonstrated his skills in procurement compliance, tender management, and operational efficiency in both humanitarian and development contexts.

Notable certifications include advanced training in budgeting and finance, shelter and settlements in emergencies, leadership, and logistics management. Fluent in English, French, Swahili, and Kinyarwanda, Clément brings exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity to his work.
