Charity Hodali is an experienced professional with over 18 years of expertise in social empowerment, gender equality, and women’s economic empowerment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the National University of Rwanda.

Charity has dedicated much of her career to working with vulnerable communities, particularly women, to help improve their social and economic well-being through targeted training programs and empowerment initiatives.

From 2008 to 2020, Charity worked at Women for Women International, designing and implementing programs aimed at empowering women, including social empowerment training and financial literacy workshops. Since 2020, she has continued her work at Women for Women Rwanda, furthering her efforts to support women’s economic self-sufficiency.

Her skills include program development, research, monitoring and evaluation, and a deep understanding of gender equality issues, with a strong track record of improving the livelihoods of women and communities through strategic interventions.
