Pacifique Mbabazi is a dedicated professional with a strong background in child protection, financial literacy, and economic empowerment; With over six years of experience, including two years as a Community Service Assistant in child protection and four years as a trainer in financial literacy through programs like Work Ready Now, Be Your Own Boss, and the Umurimo Kuri Bose (UKB) project, Pacifique has made significant contributions to youth development.

Pacifique holds a bachelor’s degree in Education with Management from the Institute of Agriculture, Technology, and Education of Kibungo. They have been instrumental in enhancing the capacities of youth with disabilities by fostering employability skills, empowerment, engagement, and equity.

In addition, Pacifique worked as an enumerator for the Gikuriro Kuri Bose project, where they mobilized and registered women for savings group formation aimed at socio-economic empowerment. They also served as a linkage facilitator, supporting people living with HIV—particularly women—through health support, business initiation, and income generation activities.

Since May 2024, Pacifique has been working at Women for Women Rwanda as an Economic Empowerment Assistant, focusing on training women in financial literacy and business skills to improve their economic opportunities.
