Berna Rusagara is a Strategic leader and Collaborator. She is an Executive Professional with over 12 years of experience working with businesses and not-for-profit organizations in Rwanda and Canada to deliver programs that successfully achieve business objectives, social impact, and sustainability.
Berna has a Bachelor of Arts with honors in International Development Studies and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master. Before joining Women for Women Rwanda, Berna served as the Business Development, Grants, and Partnerships Manager at Practical Action, Product Manager at Babylon Health and PMO, and Markets Treasury at Citi Bank, among other roles. She brings a wealth of experience in program management, governance management, strategic planning, risk and change management, and partnership development.
Berna is passionate about women’s empowerment and the use of business and technology to drive development.
