Claude MUHIZI is currently the Head of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation at Women for Women Rwanda (WfW-Rwanda) since April 2022. He has an extensive experience in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning for over fourteen years.
Before joining WfW-Rwanda, Claude worked with Women for Women International as the M&E Manager from 2013 to 2020.
He has freelanced in areas of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research with IEE-Rwanda (October 2021 - March 2022), and with M4D-Rwanda in Proposal Development (Jan-Sept 2021).
Before then, Claude manifested remarkable performance and acquired substantial experience while serving both Civil Society Organizations and the Public Sector; as M&E Specialist in AJPRODHO-JIJUKIRWA), as Program Manager in ARES, and as M&E Expert in MINECOFIN respectively.
Claude holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Development Studies. He has also had various trainings in Results Based Management (RBM) and Human Rights Based Approach to Programming (HRBAP).
